Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for an ALL Heartist Fund Grant, applicants must be employed (or on approved leave) in a hotel owned, managed or franchised by Accor; or otherwise employed by an Accor controlled entity within Accor, North & Central America.
Eligible individuals:
Employed by Accor North & Central America including:
Full and part-time workers including those holding employment visas
Employees furloughed or laid off as a result of COVID-19
Employees of a Franchise Hotel
Full time contract employees
Employees of onefinestay & John Paul
Ineligible individuals:
Employees on long-term disability or unpaid leave (not including layoff due to COVID-19)
Contingent employees
Temporary, severed, joint venture
Retirees
Effective October 5, 2020
All Heartists that have been with Accor for more than 2 years will be eligible to apply for an ALL Heartist Fund grant for 6 months from the date of permanent separation due to COVID-19
All Heartists that have been with Accor for 2 years or less will be eligible to apply for an ALL Heartist Fund grant for 3 months from the date of permanent separation due to COVID-19
Please note ALL Heartist Fund charitable grants are not guaranteed to all who apply. Grants are awarded on a case-by-case basis. Requests may be fully awarded, partially awarded or not awarded at all.
An update on your application will be provided as soon as administratively feasible, and at the latest, within 10 days from the date that the application is received by the Committee. Before submitting an application, please ensure it is complete and all required documentation is provided. You will be notified by email if your application requires additional information.
